Default yerf 3206 bd ball joint problem

I'm having some problems with these new bd balljoints binding up on the spindles.i have included few pics.the first one is stock,as you can see very tight clearence.The rest of them are with the new ball joint,however the lower a-arm is flip upside down to add room for the carter 1150 front shock.As you can see it does not work.So i flipped the a-arms back with small shocks still a no go.WTF!!!!S0 right now i have it all stock with the new ball joints a slightly bigger shock(not the carter) and i'm getting the binding still,until i sit in it and they pull away ever so slightly(maybe put a credit card between the tab and the spindle),does anyone have any ideas.Ithought of maybe grinding the spindle to create space,what do you all think.

It's several years since i messed with the BD ball joints but you may try flipping the ball joints over . They may be in upside down. You can also try to get a little more length from the steering tie rods, this will help that excessive camber problem. Do a search on the BD forum for my screen name {ckau}. there are some pics and a write up about converting to heim joints.

i would reverse the arms again and put big shocks back on
and put lower ball joints underneath
