You'll have to go personally and check it out. Start it. Drive it etc. He said he thinks it starts and drives. He's not sure.... go check it out and let us know on what you concluded.

Just remember how hard it can be to find parts for that FL250, engine parts are few and far between and body/chassis parts are hard to come by as well. There is a guy selling one in my area for $400, it is much more complete than that one but is a non-runner. Been for sale a long time, I assume because most people know how hard it can be to find parts.
