Default Oil dripping

There's oil coming out of the tube in the attached picture. Is this normal? I'm assuming not.

thats your breather vent for the transmission gears. Normaly you won't get any oil out of that tube unless the motor has been flipped over. Because your motor has just had some work done, they probablly rolled the motor over a few times while working on it. most likely this will clear up after a few hours of run time. To be on the safe side , check your trans oil level to insure that it has not been over filled or the mechanics flipped the motor and lost some oil.

ckau
is right they probaly flipped your motor while working on it
check the oil level to be sure its okay
my breather hose for the top of motor and my breather vent are both
hooked to my chain guard on top that way if either puts oil or trans
out it goes onto my chain
but i check my levels often
