Default ok I've tried to no avail.

For some reason the search engine isn't working for me.

What I'm trying to figure out is finding a diagram or manual for the external reverse box. I have looked and where I have found talk of such is that Tom is the guru for these. I just want to disassemble the box clean old grease out put new in and find out how to adjust correctly.

Second I would like to know more info about my buggy. I k ow pictures say 1000 words but I can't get them on here from my phone and I don't have other computer. Now if this site has a Facebook page I can post there.

There is no name on my buggy anywhere. No name on the engine cover. But it seems older than what I see on here. It has regular vinyl seats not plastic. It has turn signals like most do but mine actually has the signal switches behind the steering wheel like a car. And I cannot find any such switches on the internet what so ever. And also as the seats. Can't find any like them at all.

Now if some one had some indicators for me to look for on my cart to be able to tell what it is that would be great too.

I hope not too much but again the search engine wasn't working.

Maybe search google for pictures that look like your buggy and post a link?

Tried that. Ones that kinda look like mine have the plastic seats and just a rocker switch for turn signals. But mine has the big plastic piece behind steering wheel and has the hazards on top of it. Also my front turn signals are in my head light buckets.

Post one that looks like yours and describe the differences. Maybe the differences are just a different year of the same brand.

OK I think it maybe an older manco fox helix 150. That's what I find that look similar to mine but again mine has round bucket type headlights with the front turn signals in the head lights. A basic plywood covered with foam and vynal for seats. Also has the external reverse box with the thin cheap looking brackets. Also mine has a nice curved bumper on the front that reminds me of speedy from the old Saturday morning cartoon. I have not found any vin numbers or mso numbers. My reverse/forward lever is on the far drivers side. But still have not even found any turn signal switch like mine at all.

How far these fun karts/ buggies go back?

Cool

A few things remind me of a Manco Deuce that I had front basket , shape of fenders , bolt pattern on rear axle . But yours looks nothing like mine although there were quite a few Deuce models . Never seen one like mine it had hinged and latched doors (bars) on it . Manco name but no model # .
Check floor under seat for ID , seen that on a lot of different buggies , also that front basket reminds me alot of the older Dazon's .

I was thinking dazon too but wasn't sure too much difference. I took driver side seat out to clean track for adjustment and I didn't see any numbers. I will look again. Did any of yours have the big turn signal assembly behind steering wheel? And mine may have had doors at one time there is a tab type thing where door post would be.

Cool

No blinkers on a Deuce , they ran 10 , 12 , 16 hp Briggs&Stratton eng. , your fenders reminded me of a Deuce . Most buggies mount shifter in the center , so there's a big clue .

Could this thing be like maybe early to mid 90's maybe? It still has warning stickers on it and they are in good shape. Also on the front below the bashet is 2 little bar/racks that you take off to get to the master cylinder to fill it. Also you can tell it had mirrors on it before but no longer. And yes as for the f/r lever, I haven't seen any others like that at all.

I also have another question. As seen in the seat picture there is a 6 gal boat gas tank. I am wanting to use it for fuel tank. For one reason is its a bigger tank for one. For another, kinda one of those if I had to leave it on a trail or something I can quick release the hose and at least take the fuel. So that no one can steal the fuel or put anything in it.

Now where my question lays, can the carb suck the fuel out of boat tank since its in the top of tank instead of bottom?
