Default New to me Yerf Dog Rough Driveline

Hello,

I recently picked up a Yerf Dog cart off CL really cheap knowing it wasn't in perfect shape. I think it's a model 30034.

Engine starts and runs fine. I got a new belt, oiled the chain, cleaned and light greased the torque converter which really helped. But still trying to get it to go from a stop there is A LOT of rattling loud noise and there's a lot of moving and shaking at the torque converter and clutch(?) driveline.

My question is there anything I need to do with the big pulley with the big spring attached to the driveline? I don't even know what it's called yet as I learn. Is there a service or anything I need to look out for on that?

Thanks for any tips on what to look for to get us going on a smooth take off.

Bob
