Default Minis

Hey guys,
I have not abandoned my buggy. I have had it on the back burner at this time. I have been applying my new found welding and fabrication skills to a smaller scale before I weld on to the buggy.

I bought a yellow mini bike for my daughter a while back and she loved it...but so did her Daddy too.

Hers now has a 6.5hp and she really scoots, but the rest of the family was left out...So I modded up 2 mini bikes. One with a side car and one trike to ride parent and child( has child grab bar and pegs), that way The Fam 5 could all ride minis. FYI - the sidecar and trike builds started off with the exact same yellow Doodle bug minis

I also have a 1972 Mud Bug I rebuilt.

Well I will be putting the stock cam shaft back in my buggy soon.

Thanks. I will try to get more pics up. I do have a few other videos of the mudbug on my YouTube. I need to do a few things to the original 8hp Tecumseh over the winter.

Hey Fellas,
It has been a while since I have been on here. A lot has been going on, I have moved to Arizona and even traded my buggy for a golf cart. I haven't lost my mind - I know riding would be great out here, but I moved to a nicer neighborhood without surrounding land to ride on.

So the buggy would have either sat or been the biggest nuisance here.
The golf cart is much more neighborhood friendly and good for driving 4 people around.
I did pick up a yerf 3203 recently to play on. The neighbors haven't mind the industrial type engines here.

So far no flack yet for my mini with open exhaust though...

Anyways I still look forward to seeing and catching up on/with everyone and their projects.

PS: I have even taken a 6 month time off from nursing and started back at land surveying since the big move here... Man nursing again soon though

But I do try to still make YouTube vids occasionally too.

First things first ... Donate the Golf Cart to your local Old Folks Home , get yourself a BIG trailer , a couple Buggy's , a Rock Crawler , and oh yeah .... a four seater sand rail .

Pretty cool I've seen your builds over on old minibike forum. I still have my monkey ward 424 i converted to a 525. In process of swapping it from clutch to torque converter.
