Happy Birthday Bear. Yes they are painful but this is why we big kids have these buggies. They keep us feeling young.

There is this nice little Asian woman my wife works with that just recently had her birthday. When my wife told her happy Birthday, she replied... "birthday huh... just one year closer to death!!" lol... So that has become my new philosophy when I have a birthday.

Happy birthday bear..

I look at a birthday as one more year of life since age is no guarantee. In fact I'm grateful for every day I wake up as long as I can reasonably function. It's funny though how as you get older the 24 hour day seems more like a 12 hour day and gets shorter was we age. LOL
