Default Trailmaster 150 steering problem

I hit a tree with the right side front tire and actually bent the right side steering rack attachment bracket that is welded to the frame. Anyone ever run into this problem and maybe have a fix that is better than just bending the attach bracket back?

no & no.
bending it back would be the fix, might want to weld a tad of re-enforcement to it cuz it will probably be prone to bend again.
