Default Spiderbox starter issues

Hello all
We are new to our spiderbox. It is not starting when pressing the red button.
I have replaced a few of the electrical parts but nothing has helped.

How do you test the starter. I think I am getting voltage to the starter but it
Does nothing.

one trick i use sometimes is make connect a wire from the battery hot wire on one side and attatch the other end to the wire that is on the starter. that will tell you if you have a bad starter if it doesnt spin. have you checked with a voltage meter if any current is getting through to the starter? you probably have a bad solenoid or ignition switch if you know all the wiring is good still and it does spin when you do the trick above.

Ok that's what I tried with the starter and it did nothing. Guess it's time to order parts.

Make sure you have a solid ground. Broke mine and the start button being pressed did zilch.

Found the ground wire broke from the engine to the cradle connection.

Check yours
