Default engine swap

i was wondering if i could take a 150cc carbide and replace the weak engine on it with a 450 foreman engine. i like the carbide but i just want it to be faster and stronger. thanks in advance

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the foremans shaft drive? If so, that would be an extremely difficult swap. Look for sport quads, as they are normally chain drive, also some older polaris platforms were chain as well. Be prepared to do some serious fabing and welding, some issues will be the sprocket placement, engine mounts, top and bottom clearances in the swing arm and frame, and possibly axle issues if going for a larger quad engine.
