Default Yerf Dog 3202 QUAD/ATV Front End!!!

Whats up everyone. Here's a thread for ya guys. I picked up this 3202 a few months ago. Bought a new 6.5 clone engine and was good to go. I never thought the front end was enough but breaking a ball joint was enough to put me over the edge. I picked up a 2005 unyson 150 black widow for 80 bucks. It was only missing the motor. I cut the front end off and well, the pics tell the rest. I started off with cutting the front end clean off the yerf dog. Then i Cut the front end off the quad. I got everything centered where i wanted it then welded. I went with heavy duty 4x4 truck u joints for my steering. I left the front end on the quad the same. I figured the steering and suspension geometry was perfect so why change it. I went with 5/8 pillow blocks to mount the steering shaft and a 5/8-3/4 bushing to size up to the bigger bar. I also Widened and raised the side bars of the frame for the new bucket seats I'll be putting in. Still a lil work to do but pretty much wrapped up. She'll be seein Glamis Presidents day weekend Feb 22

Nice. I have seen a Spiderbox front on some before, but parts are getting harder to find. How wide is the front track on the ATV verses the 3202?

It's about the same. But if i flip my rims I gain 3" I added a total of 9 inches in length and 40lbs to the front end. Came together nice. Now i just gotta take it for a test drive to see how the stock 6.5 clone pushes it. Did good before but about 70 lbs has been added. If its not enough power, which it probably wont be, then I'll see if a aftermarket air filter, header, and bigger jet and emulsion tube make enough difference. If not, the search is on for another motor.
