Default gx200 clone, i need help!!

im the person with the clone before that didnt work. i just got new gas, new oil, carb cleaner additive, and some engine starter spray. but it just blows smoke out of the barb and pipe, and flames out the carb. idk what is wrong with it.

if theres a new spark plug in it and the oil level is right, then check to see if it has an oil alert on it. it would have a wire coming from the block towards the bottom

it doesnt have one of those, when i went to take the govner out it didnt come with it.
it blows alot of smoke out the carb and muffler so maybe the cam is made diff b/c if i remember correctly i dont think the cam was do to dot when i first opened it up. (it was the first time being opened)

yeah im not sure what it is, in a few min i mihgt i go and drain the oil and take the side cover off and see if it is do to dot. and then ill post it here in a comment.
