before you do that if you can make a vid of starting it up, running (if it will), and post it sometimes its easyer when you can see and here it to know whats wrong,
but what i whould do is check fuel lines for blockage check everything you can before you think about buying a new motor |

That allows you to drain the float / fuel bowl. It's nice if it functions cause you can drain it out ahead of time.

if you have to bring the idle up some it might be set to low
|
