yerf dog 3203 questions

I just bought this kart and i have been looking and found parts online, but i want to make sure i am ordering the correct parts. The drivers side control arm is bent and needs replacement along with the rim. I figured i'd buy two new front tires and rims, but on the passenger side the tire is so close to rubing the frame i am afriad if i install a new tire with fresh knobes it will rub. Also the fun part is, as i was riding it on day two the smaller clutch assy. went flying off and past me just like in the movies. i never found all the parts. how do i know if its a 30 series? the belt is a 203589.
