Default In gear, on ground, wheels not turning.

Right now I can only get the wheels to turn when off the ground on stands. Shifting is fine. My kids notice that the cart was driving slower and slower and then just stopped moving.

Could the belt be too loose? There is significant play in it. It still has the stock belt.

I would say the problem is in the cvt. Could be a loose variator nut, worn belt, maybe worn clutch pads, or possible oil leak causing the belt or clutches to slip. There shouldn't be play in the belt.

After removing the clutch and variator I am certain it is a worn belt. I can reinstall the belt without have to spread the clutch pully. Guess it's time to call sycpowersports

Got a new belt and that didn't solve the problem. Things are awfully dirty in the CVT and I wonder if the sliders are sticking. Going to run it without the cover and see if the plate moves. If not perhaps a good cleaning will help. Watch out tom I'm probably calling you tomorrow.
