Default Chinese buggy 150cc wont start

I need some help on this issue.

At first I had engine case filling up with gas...fixed that problem by changing gas tank fuel valve assembly and after putting on a new carb & manifold.

Now the cart wont start...I have proper oil level...gas...and spark.
The motor turns over just wont catch.......could the oil safety sending unit get screwed up with that gas that stayed inside the case ???

Any ideas of what else I can check ?

Obviously Im posting due to being mechanically challenged !

If the oil switch was a problem then you wouldn’t have spark. Did it run before?

Yes it ran before.

I put new carb & manifold and ran it a few minutes but it idled kind of high.

Then I went to check oil before my son ran it and gas came gushing out of oil filler.

It sounded good when idling....ordered new gas tank valve assembly...let case drip dry a few days and cleaned plug.

Now it just turns over but wont start.....It sounds healthy while cranking so
I'm guessing I didn't hurt it too bad.

Any other ideas I can try ???

Thanks

Get a can of carburetor cleaner and pull the air box off. Have someone turn it over and when they do give the carb a little shot of carb cleaner. If it fires, then you know you have a fuel issue. Post back what happens.

tried that and no go....it makes a slight turn like it wants to kick only for a sec and then continues to just turn....
Ok took off new carbeurator again and went through and cleaned thoroughly..checked jets m float...Even went through old carb and did the same...no debris or blockage.
Have not checked the automatic choke needles but doubtful both can be bad...who knows.
Tried with n without choke connected...still have plenty of spark....
I'm sure its something stupid but its got me so far

Have you run a compression test on the engine yet?

Yeah make sure you have compression. Running it with gas thinned oil will wreck the engine.

Well it won't exactly ruin the engine but will sure wear out rings and cylinder depending on how long it was run with fuel in the oil. But if the rings are worn it will most likely smoke.
