Sorry I’m new to the forum. Does anyone know what this is and where it goes? I’ve heard it goes somewhere in the tranny but I’m only now getting used to working on my kids kart which seems to be an older model Kandi 150cc. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanx for the pic's.I think the buggy looks great! I've got a couple of those pieces in my junk container,I can't remember what they came off- I haven't had my hands on a GY6 in 10 years. I can see by looking at the piece that it has main output shaft splines and the raised features indicate that it's designed to engage one direction and slip the other way.I would be looking near the sprocket output shaft to see if there's a mate for it, that piece would be 1/2 of a system. Sorry I wasn't more help- maybe someone else on the site that has a GY6 will know.
