Only thing I can say is it looks like a lot of motorcycle rear masters.

Did you even find a replacement? Just curious. My Helix has what appears to be the same one.

Measure the holes and look at the universal motorcycle rear brake master cylinders- about $30ish on Amazon, the only thing that looks different is the brake line location which shouldn't matter.
