Default carbide clicks when trying to start

It has been running fine then we turned it off and when we went to try and start it it clicks.
Makes the sound like a mower does when it does not have enough batt to turn over. Tried to jump start and also charged the battery fully still same results. Took off back electrical box and looks like the solenoid is clicking but I don't know where to check first. any ideas kids are driving me crazy to get this thing running. Thanks.

Did you try and jump the solenoid? Any experience I've had with solenoids cliking on anything, they're bad.

Took it out to the repair shop and they checked and said it was good.
Jumping it in the kart turns it over.
When the key is turned to start position I hear a click which is the relay but does not turn over the starter.
Next check will be the wire from relay to starter

Believe it or not it still kinda sounds like weak power. Check your main battery connections both at the battery and at the other end of the cables.

Put a volt meter (red lead) on the starter cable at the starter. Black meter lead to the engine block. Have someone turn the key to start and read the voltage. If you see battery voltage on the meter the starter needs to come off and be repaired/ cleaned/rebuilt/replaced. If not check your battery ground cable to the frame.
