Default Buggy Friendly ATV parks in NC or nearby?

Hi, I was thinking of going to some ATV parks in NC. They all charge something and the one in Henderson, NC only lets Buggies ride on 2 tracks so I don't think it is worth the admission.

Busco beach seams cool but I'm not sure if my Helix with 20" rear tires can hang around the Quads there? Has anyone taken their carts to any of these places and survived? LOL

I'd love to go to Busco beach. There's a place in South Carolina that people brag about as well. I think it is called Carolina Adventure Park. Web site here:

You'd be fine at Busco....there are plenty of area of varying terrain to keep you entertained. Just watch out for those stupid deep mud pits!

I want to go to busco beach as soon as I can save up for my trailor. I need to put my son's dirt bike in the bed of my truck and use a trailor for the Helix.

I am thinking about joining this place near my house too. It has a family membership:

I've seen these ads up a bunch. I seem to recall someone posting about a negative experience out there...not much in the way of trails maybe? Sure would be convenient though. I emailed them for more information.

Here's a link to the website for the place out in Spring Hope:
http://www.murrayfamilyfarm.com/default.htm

I don't like that we can't get a "try before you buy" run out there. You can walk it if you like, but I dunno about that. They say members are allowed to bring guests....thing to do is find a member to invite you as a guest and try the joint out to see if it worth joining. It appears it is made of several tracts with the main tract encompassing 225 acres. T he other two tracts are in Middlesex (looks like about 10 miles or more away), and they do not touch eachother....so they claim 380 acres total, but you have to go 3 different places to get it all.....

I'm checking out http://www.murrayfamilyfarm.com/ place tomorrow. Finally got my trailer too. The guy on the phone said I can drive out to it and take a look at both sites. He also said he would do 13 mnths for 300.00. I'll post again if I decide to join and how the trails look out there. I'm hoping it works out because I need a place to target shoot 22 rifle with my son too. My neighborhood HOA approved my Buggy after my neighbor cried about it and parking my boat in my backyard too but they are not too cool with shooting guns in the woods . Well two out of three ain't bad.....

LOL! Tell the neighbor to stick it up his...umm...well..you know. I think I'd have to make a few extra passes by his house. That's why I am glad we have all this space here and cool neighbors.

Went out to see murray family farms today http://www.murrayfamilyfarm.com/
and looked at the trails. This place is nothing like a moto cross or ATV park but it is pretty cool for the price and location from where I live. Basically it is a Porta Pot, Small pond and a bunch of trails. It rained a bunch here in Raleigh the past week so I figured I go check it out now to see if it would be too crazy for a buggy. We didn't walk around the whole place but from what I seen most of the trails were dirt and sand mix and not any worries for a buggy. It seems pretty cool so I'm going to join. (The owner agreed to 300.00 family pack for 14 months) I'll post some pics next weekend when we go out there with the dirt bike and Helix. It is def not a busco beach but it only took 30 minutes to get out there from my house in Wake Forest.

I am all signed up and taking my Helix 150CC to the Murray Family Farm this Saturday. THe owner said I can bring guest with their Dirt Bikes or Buggies to try it out so if any NC folks want to try it out let me know. If someone joins a membership from a referal it gives you 1 free month. It would be cool to have more people with buggies to race against. Here are some pics of the place.

Ok, I took my Helix 150cc, dirt bike and neighbor's Golf cart to Murray family farm and had a blast. I did get stuck and had to reverse out of the ATV trails in the woods because of the mudd and the clearance but was able to go on all the other trails and shallow water/mud.
