Carbide Question
I got my son a Carbide and he broke it already. The engine idles but when he steps on the gas it sounds like the gears fell out of place or something. It sputters really bad and the engine really jumps.
Anyways it has been less than 30 days so I am hoping ASW will give me some help fixing this??? Otherwise I guess I am taking it apart. But after $2000 it should not brake that quick. Anyone every file a claim with ASW? Also where do I find the carts serial number? I cant fin it anywhere...

Should still be under warranty. Check your chain slack. Also, seems to me either evanwilson or joshstep busted some transmission gears out.

Yeah. I broke some transmission gears. Oh my gosh that was a massive pain in the butt. If you really want to, you can find the thread and read the whole story, otherwise, yeah, the main drive gear and one other gear broke.
