Default Newbie question - torque converter

Hello. Just picked up a used hammerhead 80t with a new predator 212 motor. The bolt that holds the torque converter onto the crank shaft, are there torque specs for this?

Drives fine. When off the outer torque converter cover is loose (jingles) is that Ok? Im guessing it tightens under load?

Thx.

Yup.
If the driver was always tight That would be the same as wide open throttle all the time.
