Default Baja Mni Bike

Don't know if I'm posting in the right spot but here is my issue. I have a baja warrior 6.5 and I recently took the fenders, engine case off to paint.. when I put the pieces back on and started the bike it was revving high, turning the choke (i believe it it, the white handle) off or on whatever it is it idles then pushing the white back to the front position the bike takes off on me no throttle given just starts going full tilt.. the throttle isn't stuck open not sure whats taking place... any suggestions

Sounds like you've unhooked the governor or one of the linkages, the top lever has to engage the linkage properly. I don't have one of those engines anymore to give you a picture- Go search for govenor linkage on the web- I found a pictorial on this years ago to resolve a similar issue.

those are very fun bikes. We've always enjoyed the ones we have had.

It will really haul if you check out buggymasters vid on governor removal (must use a return spring!)
