Default Need help / my yerfdog won't start

hello all here is my issue, hoping someone can help..
was riding yerfdog up a big ramp after i reached the top i shut gocart down
and just rolled backwards.. once i got down to bottom i went to start it up and it would not start. i have tried putting a screw driver accross the starter solinoid relayand i get noting not even a sparc.i have also recharged the battery and i get no clicking sound or anything.. starter is not even clicking.. can any one help..

Did the spring on your brake safety swith break or the switch fail?-I'd try to by-pass it first to see if that's the issue- just disconnect it and plug the two wires it was plugged into together

Check the main fuse

yeah i checked main fuse which i beleive is the one inside the little electric cdi box correct..

my son is so bummed out.. we were suppose to go riding this weekend and dam thing won't start...

Have you verified the wires haven't came loose from the switches? That happens to me occasionally.

If your good there I would go through your connections in the electrical box. Pull everything apart and put back together to verify nothing has came loose.

yeah i checked switches every thing was connected i disconnected and reconnected the switches,ok thanks Soap, i will give that a shot... and go through the electric box

Looks like i found the problem. Battery wire was push up against engine and melted my positive wire.thanks for all Your help guys

That's a fact. I've had my fair share of those when working on these toys.
