My spark plug hole was stripped out so as I stated in my previous post, I tapped it to the next size and found a similar plug. However the engine will not start, the only thing I can think of is I may not have got the whole perfectlySquare and maybe the spark plug is not sitting flush, resulting in loss of compression. In case that did happen I’d like to have another head to put on. It does thread and fine and seem to snuggle up tight.

So, i had my intake valve open to allow me to blow air through intake valve and force metal shavings out of spark plug hole, that worked fine but I had no compression after, I damaged my intake valve.

Next question, are the valves the same or different between version "A" head and version "B"? I ordered a set but fear they may be different and am pretty sure I am getting the A valves.

No they are different lengths. E-mail me the total length, I should be able to get them.
