Default On any Sunday, Pics

A friend of ours brought some briggs karts over to play. these karts are set up for asphalt. Running these things on a hard pack dirt track using pavement tires was like trying to walk on marbles. they were a real hand full after getting up to speed !
This man and his son have been racing briggs karts for several years. This was the first time either of them had the opportunity to drive a china buggy. They were astounded by the versitality and fun factor. His son got in a carter and wouldn't give it up for the rest of the day!
Shortly after these pics were taken , they sold the briggs karts and bought buggys. Do we need to wonder why?

1/10 mile on the inside edge, almost exactly to the foot, 25 ft. wide. Didn't plan it that way, just used the room we had. conveniently turned out to be that length. Had I known then , what I know now, the straights would be longer.

Your track looks SO big!!! ours is 498' (almost 10th mile!)to the middle of the turns but only 14' wide on the skinny part. Mine was a gully (60' deep) that I backfilled and isn't flat like yours.I can get to 38mph on mine. I'd made mine longer too if I owned more land!!!!

ya it's hard to go back to the regular go karts once you've been in a mini buggy. Your track is definately awesome.
