Default subaru go kart

i have bought a used 169cc silver fox gfx 6.5hp subaru robin go kart and i am not sure what is wrong with it. We put a new belt on it rode it for a while and then it started jerking bad. We looked at the belt and it was missing some of the teeth. we you push the gas it does not go any where.
can you plz tell me whats wrong.

Have you cleaned and dry lubed the clutch and driven units?

Take some pic's if possible of the clutch,driven unit and alignment.

make sure you do the cleaning thing or it may eat up your new belt.
