Hammerhead 80t

I have 2 Hammerhead 80Ts. One of them just started making a screeching sound and won't go. The harder you rev the louder the screech. I killed the motor and pushed it home, still screeching while being pushed, clutch?

Could be clutch but definitely sounds like something to do with the belt system.

if its a gy6, maybe variator fan rubbing on the case side
