Default Kandi 200 Batman

I am a bit confused, I just bought a Kandi Batman 200, and it is already broke. My kids broke it lol not the seller. I don’t have any information except for looking up the engine code. It does show to be a 200 cc GY6 but I can’t find any thing for it. Everything that is upgrades or parts beyond basics are all listed for 150 cc. Also which part of this forum do I belong in? 150 and down or 250 and up, seems to be a space between there lol.

Not sure for your model but alot of buggies that are listed as 200 are actually 150s

Check your motor left side down near the bottom you should find a letter code
something like 157qmj or 1P57qmj
your might find something like 163qmj but it will be something like that.

If it is 157 or 1p57 then you have a 150CC

It does have 1P63QML On the motor so I was going on the assumption that it has the 63mm bore and would be 200 cc. So the problem is I don’t know what will work for it as far as upgrades. I would like to upgrade the CVT but does the GY6 150 kit work with it?

My bet is that its a modified 150. which is great the 150 stuff should fit just fine.
1p63 means it has the 63 MM bore just as you said. pretty much everything else will be the same as on a 150.

I know this thread is old but for future reference the 1p63qmj is a completely different variation of the gy6 and has basically nothing in common with a normal gy6.

First theres now 4 types of gy6s for buggys...Standard A-block....B-block...K-block....sym 150...and this 1p63qml. All have different stud spacing and share few parts between each other.

The 1p63qml is 62.5mm bore which makes it 177cc.
It has a completely different head bolt spacing.
It has a taller head with a 47/94 link/pin timing chain.
It has a counterbalance shaft.
It has an oil cooler.
Standard gy6 cams fit but i havent tried to run it with a standard or performance cam yet.
Parts are extremely hard to find.

Default 1P63QML Rocker Arm assembly

I know this is an older thread - sorry to dig it up - I bought a second hand buggy for my kid and had to redo the top end - putting it together i realized the exhaust rocker arm was seized. For th elife of me i cannot source one. Any ideas on a reseller that i can get one from? I know its an oddball engine

Hey buddy. Not right off hand i dont. There was a seller on ebay that had a bunch of these parts but as of now his store seems empty. Amazon has heads and cylinders but no cams or rockers.
