Default How do you remove the old ball joint??? Ahhhhhh!

I finally have my parts in, and I'm foaming at the mouth to get this thing running with the new ball joints and spindles but I cannot for the life of me get the old ones off. Please help me, I will be watching until I get a good result. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yep Metal, I did. But I only figured it out after I got the first one off by getting really upset, slamming my roofing hammer onto it and the weak old ball joint just broke and went straight through. I really figured it out by simply............reading the instructions that came with the parts that I thought were only the spanish disclaimer of any liability.
