Question Torq-converter question

Hello, I have a question regarding whether I can use a series 30 t.c. For a 301 predator with stage 1 improvements. Or should I use a series 40? Going on a manco 606. I know the 30’s are 3_7 hp and 40’s are 8-14 hp have a yerf with a 30 on it but the manco is heavier and two seater. Any advice would be appreciated!

If it were me, I'd use the 40 series TC with that engine and mods. Plus it leaves you room to upgrade again.

Smile T.c. Question

Thanks evil, I was thinking the same thing. Higher cost in beginning but maybe a saver later on. Much appreciated!

40 series no question. A factory 301 will destroy a 30. Been there
