Default Gut 250 exhaust?

How do you gut the cn250 exhaust? Is it a simple process? Dont hve the extra cash to buy a new exhaust or slip on so i will have to go this route. Any DIY or help is appreciated.

I've seen some guys actually cut it, gut it, and then re-weld it. Do you have a welder and/or know how to weld?

No sir, no welding skills or welder. I had some guy say something about taking out the rivets and then gutting it. Any idea what size slip on muffler i may need f i were to go that route?
