Default 95 Yamaha V-Max

Only 14,000 miles and has been stored for the last 3 years. Stage III carb kit and headers. Adult owned and not abused. Medical issues suggest that I stick to buggies. $3700 or trade. Would like some thing bigger then my Helix, fun, but want more power.

Cheers.

P.S. I'm new to this forum....cool stuff

Vmax is actually on my list of toys to own. One of the best looking bikes ever made. The new one is even more crazy!

Default New max

Ah yes, I would risk the knees for the new max and the sport of chasing stop lights. That new max is mean and has to be one of the best looking bikes going. My apologies for the slow replies but it's getting close to hunting season and everything that they broke last year they want fixed yesterday.
This winter, during the slow part of the year, is when I'm going to pull the cart into the shop and do some basic mods. I think I'll start with jetting the carb and upgrading the CDI. I do ceramic coating on small parts so the exhaust will get that treatment. Any one got any ideas or pixs on venting and air flow over the transmission, I do a lot of muddy trails and rock crawling

Cheers.

Havoc.
