starting

my dlx 150 will not start with the lights on ,it turns over but will not fire with light switch on . If I turn the lights off while starting it fires right off and runs.(????) any answers?

with the lights on, does it turn over fast or like it is dragging from a weak battery or something like that?

spins fast ,as soon as you turn off light switch it will fire right up and run
