steering radius

I have a 2016 trailmaster challenger 150. It turns fine to the right but when turning left it has minimal radius. I purchased this used. I see no broken parts. Any ideas on how to adjust this?

Do the front wheels move an equal distance left and right?
How is the toe set, in or out?
Is it just pushing the front tire when you turn left?
Does it turn better left when you have a passenger?
