HOW DO I ADD A TOGGLE SWITCH , ON MY SONS GO CART THE LIGHTS STAY ON WHEN THE GO KART IS RUNNING, HOW DO I WIRE A TOGGLE SWITCH TO HAVE CONTROL OF WHEN THEY ARE ON?

Find the 12 volt hot going to the lights, usually off the ignition switch. Run 12 volts to the toggle then from other terminal of toggle to the lights.
