Default Yerf Dog CDI Question - 1st time poster

Newbee here for I ask for forgiveness for any faux pas!!

I am not sure I am in the right place but here goes.

I have a Model #34852 with no fire. The guy I got it from told me a wire pulled out of a plug and when you stick it is it will run. He showed me the wire and it is a blue wire on the CDI box. Sure enough the wire came out.
I took off the plug and re-soldered it and think I am getting a good connection after bending the pins.

There are 2 plugs. One 2 pin plug that has 12v when I turn it over.

The other 4 pin lug has 2 green, a blue and black wire that goes to the ignition coil. No power anywhere. I jumped the ground to make sure it was good. Am I supposed to have 12v on the blue from the stator?

Thanks for any guidance.

My bad. The black/yellow goes to the stator. Should I see 12v when I turn it over?

I got it fixed. A plug was full of oil and grease so I cut it and wired it directly. Starts but needs to be adjusted.
