Could be. Look for a data plate. What size engine does it have. Also about 60% of buggies look the same from the side try sending more pics of different angles along with as much descriptive info. as possible. TOM

personally, I'd think no more than $300 for a rolling chassis and even that it better be a really nice chassis.

I agree. Well a Joyner, gtr, gk13, one of the bigger irs frames are worth more but a 150 frame I'd go for 300

My feelings exactly when you figure what a used running 150cc can be purchased for today in our depressed economy. I would go there ready to buy with $200.00 in one pocket with maybe $50.00-$75.00 in wallet or if someone else comes with let them hold the extra. look it over than low ball at 200-250.00 than work from there of coarse first offer depends on condition if it seems well used offer less. You just want to make it look as if you are scrounging for the money. Most people will take much less if you seem like a sure buyer. Of coarse if the chasis is in like new condition he will get close to what he is asking. You have to figure what it will cost to repower and rewire. If you were to go back with the 150cc you are looking at $500.00. Combine that with the $450.00 asking price, now your at $950.00 and this does not figure in the labor. TOM

Yes thats only if it's usable as is. You end up dumping 300 in bearings and bushings and your at the price of alot of used ones
