Default Big Block Custom Buggy Done

Hi, First of all thank you for everyones help on here when I posted question. After six months of fabbing, and building, then tear down and paint it is done. The motor is wicked sounding, 38 hp with almost 40lbs of torque. Can't wait to ride it, but waiting on cam rollers and springs for the clutch, it is too tight. I used my photo tachometer at the crankshaft and it idles 1875 to 1920, so i need to loosen up the clutch some, parts will be here for the weekend I hope. I will shoot a video this weekend so you can hear it. Then only thing left to do is finished the console that holds the shifter and push button start panel, built just need to paint it yet. Feel free to comment and let me no what you think. Thanks again.. Robert (Michigan)

Looks nice ,but I think the chain size is too small for the power and weight !

Looks really, really nice, IIRC, your tubing size has that thing pretty light, your power to weight ratio must be pretty sweet. Did you get a final weight on it? Well done!
My only concern (minor) would be up front with the bar under the lower control arm. I'm sure (hoping that is ..) you've got the shock sitting so it the arm can't droop into contact with it. Just wondering whether it'd make contact if you aired it out at all and the shock bushings stretched somewhat.

plenty of clearance, will never hit the bar, all that was taken into consideration. Hey Rich1, what would you suggest if the 41 series chain don't hold up.. Thanks
