Question carbide problems acts like its running out gas

hey guys rode this morning and this thing ran fine got it back out and it starts and you can rev it up but when you put it in gear it booges out. it did this once before and i dumped the fuel drained lines and refueled with fresh gas now we are back to square one. is this probly the vacume valve on the bottom of the fuel tank? and yes it has vacum

Does it act like it is flooding out or just lack of power?

well cleaned carb turned the kids loose in the back yard man did they sling mud had a blast then well we are in the catagory short belt life now i guess! Tom i will be calling to order one.we have got quite a lot of ride time on this belt so i cant complain just got to get were i can have a few on hand. thanks guys
