Default Hello from the Netherlands/Europe

Hello you all,

I am Robert from the Netherlands. That is in Europe. And even it is a small country, and Amsterdam is our capital city, the Netherlands are a bit bigger then just Amsterdam. I do live nearby the city of Arnhem, which is famous because it is the city were the bridge too far is located. One of the great disasters of WO2.

Iam 49 at the moment and just found this new hobby. Before this I did some driving on the most dangerous track in the world. The famous Nurburgring/Northloop. I did that with a prepped BMW E30 325i

I also did some driving with my bike a kawasaki ZXR 100 called the wasp.

But unfortunally, because of reumatism I had to quit thes hobbies and had to find a new one. And I did.
This is my new hobby.

There is just a slight problem, during the trip home from the dealer, my engine broke down and so he is back to the dealer/importer to get repaired.

But when back, we will going to have some great fun with it.

And at last our passion and pride, our VW T3 Van which we use to travel Europe's roads.

Greetings from Robert

For those who are also member of *********. Yes I did copy this from there.

Hello Tom,

As you could have read in the specs, in the reply just above your reply, the cc's are 387 so it's called a 400cc engine.

Hello you all,

At last, we have the buggy and we already did some nice tours with it.
First we made our 4 point seatbelts in it.
Then we took a tour around Arnhem ( where I live in the neighbourhood ) and so on and on.

Then we build a bench on it for the dog, did some minor things, and bought ourselves a triangle for towing the buggy behind the Van.

As pictures say more then words, here some pictures

and today I had new mirrors on it with integrated indicators

Wow Robert! Nice buggy dude! The dog bench add on is cool, same goes with trailer hitch attachment. I'm looking at that trailer hitch add on and I'm thinkin' it looks like your a small electrical winch and blade away from a fully functioning snowplow! lol

Hello Jake,

The hitch as you call it, it is just on the buggy as it comes behind the Van. Otherwise not there. I am looking for a small electrical winch. That will be after we are coming back from our holiday from Spain.
