We got a Carter 150 in '05. Pretty decent buggy. Had a good ride and a decent top end. Didn't pull the hills very well, geared a little tall for climbing. After adding a 39 tooth axle sprocket, a howett head and gutting the exhaust, the buggy would really scoot! Only down fall to this buggy were the front strut tie rod arms. The arms constantly bent which threw the alignment off. I had planned to weld up some bracing for them but sold the buggy before getting around to it.

Seems some of the earlier ones are geared for more hill climbing and the later model ones more for top end. We've had one that topped out at about 30 mph (early one with bench and not much rack on back) and then a later one that ran 35+ mph with full rack and buckets.
