Quieter Exhaust
Is there an inexpensive way to quiet my exhaust down a bit without affecting performance? I got 5 acres to ride on but have an old 70 year old couple that live next to a part where my track passes by their house and my kids ride this buggy for hours on end. I am not trying to be that inconsiderate neighbor especially to an elderly couple. Can you guys help me out?

On mine id have to cut the exhaused end off and inside the muffler theres a baffle. You need to pack around that baffle with packing. You should be able to pick up packing at a motorcross shop weather itd yamaha. Kawasaki. Honda. Etc. ..... unless someone knows an easier way to quit down the beast.

The stock muffler from a Yamaha TTR125 should quiet it down nicely, plus it has a spark arrester. The motor is rated at about 9 HP, so you shouldn't have any issues with power. If you can weld it is an easy swap. Just weld it unto your header and relocate the support mount to match you buggy
