Generally speaking, buggies are equipped with front and rear suspension, and come with an engine not normally found on go karts, or yard karts, and normally all have a straight axle in the rear. However, that line is blurred quite a bit, since most of our 150cc buggies are considered go karts to the DMV and manufacturers. Once you get to the 250cc and up class, then they consider it a buggy frame, and some manufacturers actually assign a VIN to the frame for titling and registration.

I can't zoom in on your pic, but I would say from the looks of it, it would be considered a kart still, unless I am missing something.

thanks to the guys that responded to the question.i would say this is a big rough riding go kart with a 390cc motor.kinda wanted to go to the sand drags so suspension is not a issue.
