Default No spark

so I have a crossfire 150r with no spark. It has a new regulator rectifier, starter, cdi, solenoid, fuse. I have power going into the cdi but no power on the blue wire going to the coil. What is causing this?!

What is the AC voltage reading from the trigger wire, usually blue with white tracer?

Make sure your kill line to the CDI is NOT grounded and the CDI and coil do have ground returns.

I know what you mean. Seems that no one is on here. I myself have been guilty but have been busy.

I have replaced the stator so it has pretty much all new electrical parts, but still no spark. I turned the key to test it and it sparked once, then no spark. WTF

Ignition switches are known to fail often. Try bypassing yours.

Jump start your ignition relay starter with a screw driver. See what happens. If you also have a safety switch on your brakes try bipassing it also.

Make sure you have voltage to the CDI while cranking. If so then this tells you the ign switch is good. Are you sure you have the correct CDI? Yours should be AC. Last ,I have seen it many times when a Stator is replaced the wires are secured incorrectly causing a pinched wire or wire rubbing the flywheel which will cause the signal to go to ground. Also if not already done unplug the wires from the kill switch leaving them hang making sure they don't touch then see if you have spark.
