Manco 720L Fox Phantom Chain issues
Just bought used Manco 720L Dual Seater with 10hp Subaru 265cc and everytime i hit a hill or a sharp turn the chain falls off. Any suggestions on how to remedy the issue.
Thanks in advance |

That's a purtty buggy. I had the same problem back when I had my Manco Vortex kart, except mine only did it when I took a hard or sharp turn. It was the main drive gear on the axel. The teeth were worn down for me.

Thanks ill check'em. I was thinking about moving the engine from the mounts to tighten the chain play. What do you think?

That is a nice looking machine! Ya, check to see if you have a bunch of slack in the chain. That will certainly cause a problem. If the chain looks good, report back and we'll give you some other ideas.

Well sadly, in comparison with engines like the GY6, mods and upgrades are extremely hard to find for these types of engine, but others may know.

You're welcome, and I would definitely recommend getting one with a GY6 or, even better, go with a 250 like a HH250 or a Carter Bros 250. Both the GY6 and the 250 have loads of options for modifications and are very easy to get your hands on replacement parts for them.
