Smile Hello from Branson, MO!

Hello, I have owned a ASW Zircon 150cc for a few years now. It sat for almost 2 years and I am in the process of getting it running. Maybe doing some performance mods ...Daughter is a speed freak like the old man! Having some issues, so have been reading this forum. What great info on here guys! Thank you!

Thanks for the welcoming. I picked up a Manco Scorpion Subaru engines 169cc (6.5 ). The grandson will like. Put some tires on the rear and cleaned it up. He’s going to like it. 1 issue I drove it has not much power it starts up don’t smoke. I am thinking a governor adjustment?

Cool

Eyeball the throttle , make sure cable is pulling linkage wide open , look for an adjustable limiter screw stop that limits travel , work linkage by hand to full open shouldn't bind , put on stands and run it through its RPM range while watching T.C. System . Driver will close up pushing belt to outer dia. of pulley while driven will open up dropping belt to the smaller, center dia. pulley when revved up , and vise versa .
