I need some advice on this big bore kit. Will this fit on my 150cc Howhitt with out boring the case or is this even right kit for my engine. I'm kinda new to all this so I've been searching for the answer on the internet but I can't find it.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Scoot...ehicleQ5fParts .I forgot something does any one how much a machine shop would charge me to have the case bored.

Contact Tom Syc. I would not use a 170 bolt on kit. It would be very thin wall jug and heat transfer and expansion would be a potential problem. It dont say what cam that is and the valves are the same that come in your howit head I believe. It may have a 30mm port but thats no good without a 30mm intake and carb

it looks like its for a B model gy6, which is a 2 bolt valve cover. yes you will have to bore the case on a 62mm. I have a 61mm slip on in my wifes, the only thing I had to do was even out the area where the case halves meet
