Default No fire

I have a Carbide fox 150cc by American Sportworks and i took the motor out and replaced some trans gears and put the motor back in and it would not fire. what could be wrong?I put every thing back the way it was.any help thanks

Check that all the wire connections are made. Sometimes when you push the 2 plugs together one of the spades will push out and you loose connection. Look at the back side of the plugs and you should see if a pin is pushed out. Then double check all wires to make sure you did plug all of them in.

If you had fire before removing the engine I would suspect a wire is loose somewhere. Sometimes we look in vein and miss the obvious. Could be the cdi just decided to go the last time you shut the buggy down but the chances of that are far greater then a loose connection.

Allof the above and a bad sparkplug coil can lead youto beleive a badtune or timing.. if no improvement check ur valve adjustment.. Eddie
