Mounting a GY6

I'm getting ready to mount the engine. I haven't built the swingarm yet and am looking for suggestions on location on the swing arm and mounting angle.

I can't think of much to offer there Your pretty much wide open. A few points I would consider if I were to re-design my swing arm.
fab a rear mount to control motor twist. I plan take a hard look at that one.
move the motor as far forwards as feasible without crowding exhaust routing. This would give room to use larger axle sprockets and improve weight bios to some degree
Set the motor so the carburator sits dead level at static suspension position.

Another option to consider at this point is to do a fixed, non-suspended engine mount and build a pair of independent rear arms with cv jointed axles.

Make the swingarm pivot points as wide apart as possible- the stock Spiderbox tapered them in I guess to meet the strongest points on the frame, The swingarm I made is a full 24" wide at the pivot and I think it added stability and I haven't seen the same wear on them.The longer the swing arm and the farther the rear axle sets-adds to comfort- a couple of inches is huge!!! I second the static load leveling!!I've screwed that up twice!!!!
